This Privacy Policy explains what information TMF Leaks ("we," "us") collects when you use the Site, why we collect it, and how it's handled. Using the Site means you're okay with what's described here.

1. Information We Collect

Discord account information. Signing in uses Discord OAuth. When you connect, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar — enough to recognize you and show your profile in the header. We don't receive your Discord password; Discord itself never shares it with us.

Purchase and ticket records. We keep a record of subscriptions purchased, shop tickets opened (as a buyer or a seller), and messages sent inside those tickets, so support staff can help with an order and so your purchase history shows up on your account.

Payment information. Card details for subscription and promotion purchases are entered directly into Stripe's own checkout — we never see or store your full card number. We do keep a record of the order itself (amount, product, date, status) for support and accounting purposes.

Browser storage. The Site uses your browser's session storage to remember things like whether you've already cleared the staff access gate this session and your mute preference for the intro sound. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use This Information

• To sign you in and show your identity/purchase history on the Site;
• To process and deliver what you've purchased, and grant the correct Discord role;
• To provide support through tickets;
• To detect and prevent abuse of the Site or the access gate;
• To improve the Site based on how it's actually used.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of outside services to run TMF Leaks, and using the Site means some of your information passes through them:

• Discord — for sign-in (OAuth) and for role assignment/ticket delivery inside our Discord server. Discord's own privacy policy governs what they do with your account data.
• Stripe — for processing subscription and promotion payments. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment details you give it directly.

We don't sell your information to anyone.

4. Independent Sellers

If you buy from a shop listing, the seller you're ticketed with can see your Discord username and whatever you say inside that ticket, the same as any other conversation. Sellers are expected to only use that information to fulfill your order.

5. Data Retention

We keep purchase and ticket records for as long as your account is active on the Site, and for a reasonable period afterward for support, dispute, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data as described in Section 7 below, subject to what we're required to keep for legal/accounting reasons.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Please use a strong, unique password on your Discord account, since that's the key to your identity on TMF Leaks.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You can disconnect your Discord account from TMF Leaks at any time by revoking the connection in your Discord settings. You can ask us — through a support ticket or our Discord server — to tell you what data we hold about you or to delete it, and we'll honor that request except where we need to keep something for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

8. Children's Privacy

TMF Leaks isn't directed at children under 13, and you must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use the Site at all. If we learn we've collected information from someone under that age, we'll delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server where practical, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
