These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TMF Leaks (the "Site"), including any purchase, ticket, or Discord server interaction connected to it. By accessing the Site, connecting your Discord account, or purchasing anything through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who Can Use TMF Leaks

You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use TMF Leaks, since an active Discord account is required to sign in, purchase, and receive support. If you're using the Site on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

TMF Leaks doesn't have its own separate account system — you sign in with Discord OAuth, and your Discord identity (username, avatar, and ID) is how we recognize you across the Site. You're responsible for whatever happens under your Discord account, including purchases and ticket activity, so keep it secured.

3. What We Sell

TMF Leaks offers a few different kinds of products and services:

• Subscription tiers (Booster, 2x Booster, VIP, Exclusive) — one-time payments processed through Stripe that grant a Discord role with access to the corresponding content channels.
• Shop listings — graphics packs, sound packs, blood effects, VFX, and tools listed by independent sellers. These are sold through a private ticket between you and that seller, not through Stripe checkout on the Site itself. See Section 6 below.
• PC Opti — a paid optimization service arranged and delivered through a support ticket.
• Paid promotions — announcement and mass-DM advertising slots within the Discord community.

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time without affecting orders already placed.

4. Payments

Subscription and promotion purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — that's handled entirely by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Shop listings paid for inside a ticket are arranged directly with the seller; TMF Leaks is not a party to that payment and isn't responsible for how it's collected.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled case-by-case — open a support ticket and a staff member will review it. Digital delivery generally makes refunds the exception rather than the rule once a role has been granted or a shop item has been delivered, but we'll work with you in good faith if something has genuinely gone wrong.

6. Independent Sellers & the Marketplace

Shop listings are created and fulfilled by independent, third-party sellers — not TMF Leaks itself. We provide the storefront, the ticket system, and dispute support, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for actually delivering what they sold. TMF Leaks may remove a listing or suspend a seller who violates these Terms, but we don't guarantee the quality, legality in your jurisdiction, or fitness for any particular purpose of a third-party seller's item.

7. License to Use What You Buy

Unless a specific listing says otherwise, anything you purchase through TMF Leaks is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own FiveM server(s). You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or share purchased content with anyone who hasn't paid for it themselves, and you may not claim it as your own original work. Sellers retain ownership of their own listed content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or its Discord community to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone;
• Attempt to bypass the staff access gate, exploit the Site's systems, or interfere with its normal operation;
• Chargeback a legitimate purchase instead of opening a refund ticket;
• Impersonate TMF Leaks staff or another user;
• Use purchased content in a way that violates Section 7 above.

Violating any of this can result in losing access to the Site and/or the Discord server, without a refund.

9. Giveaways

Giveaways run on the Site are subject to whatever specific rules are posted alongside that giveaway (eligibility, entry method, and how a winner is chosen). Winners are typically contacted through Discord.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and everything sold through it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any graphics pack, sound pack, effect, or optimization service will be compatible with every FiveM server setup, or that the Site will be available without interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMF Leaks and its staff aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or anything purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific product or service the claim relates to.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the Discord community at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without owing you a refund for access already granted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server where practical.
